FAQ’s

Where are you located?

We are located at 1107, 401 Coopers Boulevard SW in Airdrie, Alberta. You can find us on the second floor of the Clocktower Building, by either using the elevator or stairwells, after coming in through the Building 1000 entrance. Please note that the complex of Coopers Promenade is listed as “401”, but you will find us in Building 1000.

Where can I park?

There is a large lot in front of the building that is available to guests.

Do you accept walk-ins for tattoos?

While we do accept walk-in appointments, we can’t always guarantee that we will have time and do recommend emailing ahead to book in. That being said, you’re always welcome to pop in and check! That being said, we do offer walk-in tattoos on Wednesdays and Saturdays between 1:00pm and 7:00pm.

Do you tattoo under the age of 18?

Unfortunately, we do not, even with parental consent.

Do you do piercings?

We do not. For piercings in Airdrie specifically, we recommend Rose Gold Body Piercing.

Do you do coverups or reworks?

This is very dependent on the artist, although in most cases we do, assuming that we are confident in our ability to cover or rework (this is obviously dependent on the original piece). Feel free to reach out directly to the artist you are wishing to work with for more details.

What are the rates?

This is dependent on who you work with.  Please reach out to the team member that you would like to work with to discuss rates.

How can I sell my products in your in store or online shop?

We do host a variety of local makers and artists in our shop and are always accepting new applications. If you are interested in applying, you can do so through the Join The Collective section of our site.

Please be aware that we do not have as high a volume of traffic coming through our doors as a standard retail shop, and as a result we primary purchase wholesale or offer a commission rate. Monthly rentals will be considered in place of commission, but would be dependent on the vendor. Please reach out through our contact form if you have any questions about applying.

Do you accept guest artists?

Absolutely! We love to host guest artists! Please reach out as early as possible to ensure that we have space for you. We offer a day rate rental to all of our guest artists, which is dependent on what supplies they will require while working in our space.

How should I care for my tattoo?

Each artist has a very specific aftercare procedure that is a dependent on their tattooing style as well as the local climate. Following your tattoo procedure, you should receive a detailed description of how to care for your tattoo as well as a written form with the same information. If you have not and require assistance with your healing, or if you are experiencing an adverse reaction, please immediately reach out to us at magnoliatattoocollective@gmail.com
